Tech investors are struggling to see where to invest there funds right now, given the volatility of the market. However, those investors who are willing to put in the “hard yards” and work with potential targets are more likely to be ready for the future opportunities.
What this will require is real engagement, beyond due diligence and more of a Consultative service. Real ability to make an assessment of a companies maturity and advise on the closure of any weaknesses will be a key part of this process.
