Royal Mail adopts Cloud Computing for 30,000 users

The UK’s Royal Mail Group has extended its full outsourcing contract signed in 2003 to provide cloud computing information technology (IT) services based on Microsoft technology.
Under terms of the contract, Royal Mail Group’s 30,000 employees with access to new IT services using Microsoft’s Business Productivity Online Suite (BPOS), part of Microsoft Online Services.
